Chef Walter Fazier.Chef Walter was born and raised in North Carolina. He has always had a passion for cooking and learning about other people and areas. He served 33 years in the Army as a First-Class Sergeant, which has helped frame who he is today. Chef Walter is known for his passion for life. Anything he tries, he does with love and passion. His mission today is to feed the world, one plate at a time. He has a mission to team up with another chef to travel the world with in areas in crisis, where people have no food or drink.

History
Chef Walter started cooking in 1970 in North Carolina. He’s been cooking for over 52 years creating dishes that people adore. His training came from a variety of places including generations of elderly chefs who taught him cooking techniques most people don’t even know about today as well as his uncle who was a chef on a Navy ship during WW II.
Chef Walter started cooking for friends and family for free. It was just something he loved to do, and he loved to see people happy. Once the orders started coming in consistently, though, Chef Walter decided to make a business out of it.
But Chef Walter’s history isn’t just what he learned informally – he has plenty of formal training too including catering training and an education from Stanford University in Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastries from 2016 – 2018.
Chef Walter offers traditional chef services including catering, baking, pastry service, and plating. But his services go beyond the traditional chef too. Chef Walter offers:
